Module for supervision the whole system and users in the system. Enables making changes on the document flow, search and review of documents in any status, reviewing of all intermediate versions of documents, statistical analysis and reports, etc.

UniDocs Manager module monitors the entire system, and the active processes in the system. It is a group leaders’ module, which allows them to make interventions in delegating tasks, and monitor their status.

 

This module also provides multiple criteria search of documents in all stages, their versions as well as the possibility of insight into the working zone of the user.

 

UniDocs Manager is equipped with standard reports which provide statistical analysis of the duration and efficiency of processes, and workplace productivity.

 

Depending on the permissions settings in global UniDocs license system for this module, the program will allow monitoring of the appropriate user groups, and types of paper documents out of the total number of documents.
