UniDocs ARCHIVE

UniDocs ARCHIVE is the module for managing the archive documentation and enables storing the complete archive within the defined legislation. Besides that, fast and efficient search of the whole archive is also enabled, so as detailed view of documents in erasing basket, which duration period concerning the legislation, is expired.

UniDocs ARCHIVE module provides to the archivist a very simple document check, as well as complete control over the process of deleting with or without an off-line copy on a memory medium.

Recorder has a permit to associate additional attributes to archived documents, which have significance only from the aspect of management of the archives and have no influence on the set of important business attributes associated with document.

Key features are:

• Entering the archived documents by predefined legislation.
• Overview of the headers and attributes of documents that are entered through the Archive module.
• Review and input attributes (required and supplementary defined for the class of documents).
