UniDocs SERVER
UniDocs SERVER consists of a database cartridge which can be implemented into Oracle or MS SQL Server systems of data management, and of an application server which provides document database handling, user directories management, and unique access to all functions of UniDocs server. It provides full security of databases and files, and remarkable scalability due to the possibility of use of redundant applicative servers with the automatic load balancing, as well as highly flexible method of installation of system server section.
UniDocs METADESIGNER
Module for defining the structure of concrete document system, which is being implemented at the moment. Using this module does not require programming or any specific technical knowledge, and it refers to entering implementation parameters through standard Windows dialogues which determine the look and behavior of the system (defining users, groups, types of documents and files, characteristics of documents, permission and restrictions, bulletin boards, etc.).
UniDocs CLIENT
Is the main module of the system, and it is placed on every user’s desktop and represents a universal environment for work with documents of any kind, contents or origin. Enables creating, editing, sending and storing documents, archive search, editing versions, document publishing and bulletin board viewing. It provides for document grouping within subjects, projects, content editing and other operations. This module is user friendly, easy to accept, and takes only a short period of training, providing total standardization of the working environment.
UniDocs MANAGER
Module for supervision the whole system and users in the system. Enables making changes on the document flow, search and review of documents in any status, reviewing of all intermediate versions of documents, statistical analysis and reports, etc.
UniDocs ARCHIVE
UniDocs ARCHIVE is the module for managing the archive documentation and enables storing the complete archive within the defined legislation. Besides that, fast and efficient search of the whole archive is also enabled, so as detailed view of documents in erasing basket, which duration period, concerning the legislation, is expired.
UniDocs CAPTURE (OCR)
This module provides automatictext recognition, of scaned raster documents. It supports various languages and alphabets, even the combination of the Roman and Cyrilic alphabet within the same document. It also enables placing blocks of recognized text in the document description and a free search through the content of such stored texts.
UniDocs REPORTS
Reports module by simple setting, allows creation of various reports from the system which can be totally adapted to the client’s needs. By using of this module, it is possible to generate different statistical reports, overviews of documents, events and other types of reports. All the reports can be easily customized.
UniDocs IMPORTER
UniDocs IMPORTER is module for automatic import of scanned documents directly from network or flatbed scanners to referred user work area.
