Scalability of UniDocs enables quick and successful introduction in the companies of various sizes and complexity, from a few up to several thousand employees. Unidocs can be quickly and easily implemented in all parts of companies, whether they work with business, legal or technical documentation.

It is fully adapted to the market requests and reality, everyday user needs, which makes the system automated, faster and easier to work on.

UniDocs has been developed by the OSA Računarski Inženjering in Belgrade, and in addition to Serbian version of the interface and Help files, there are available English, Slovenian, Russian and Bulgarian version.

Very easy to install, implement and use, without any needs for additional programming knowledge.

Supports to all types of electronic documents, regardless of their file format (text, tables, images, technical drawings, raster scanned documents, audio and video, etc.).

UniDocs is compatible with all the editors and viewers working in the MS Windows environment, and leading programs for creating, editing and review of documents, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat / Reader. Also, full support to AutoCAD is provided, and full integration in the documentation system is allowed.

There is possibility of connecting with any of the standard software tools for creating, editing or viewing documents in the system (text editors, spreadsheets, images, technical drawings, etc.), which allows users to work in all programs previously used, which reduces the costs of training and the system implementation.

Documents are stored in the system as separate files, in original file format. BLOB or similar technology is not used, which provides a high level of performance and protection of documents and data in the system.

Support for main types of databases including Microsoft SQL and Oracle 9i \ 10g is provided, as well as integration with the Microsoft Windows platform, MS Office, AutoCAD-based and all other existing client applications in the system.

UniDocs has a sophisticated system for defining the rights and restrictions on the individual user or group level, and together with integrated software for handling files, provides a high level of security of documents.

There are used standard development tools, concerning the standards and widely accepted principles of software development, which provides a high level of compliance with MS Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 operating system.

UniDocs is a systematic program, with opened architecture, documented database model and development environment that offers the possibility of further integration with almost every enterprise information system and subsystem.
