Unidocs SOS

UniDocs SOS (Small Office Solution) is a document and business process management system tailored to the needs of small businesses. Based on our many years of experience in introducing and delivering our solution, we have noticed that the needs of small businesses are similar and that the system can be standardized. For this reason, we decided to offer a complete system solution that contains the following components:

1. OSA microserver (hardware and Windows operating system)
2. Five end-user licenses
3. One system administrator license
4. Implementation of predefined document types
5. Implementation of predefined folder types
6. Training for end-users and system administrators
7. All new software versions for a period of one year

After the purchase of this system, the customer is supplied with a server with the Windows operating system that meets all the needs for the optimal functioning of the system. A UniDocs SOS system with all the functionalities of the standard UniDocs 7 Platform version (Client and MetaDesigner modules) will already be installed on this server, with the restriction that the system can be used by five end-users and one administrator. UniDocs SOS comes with a set of predefined classes of documents and folders.

Predefined classes of documents are: letter, offer, contract, purchase order, proforma invoice, invoice, customs documentation, work order, employment contract, decision on vacation, ... Implementation, lasting 3 consultant days, adjusts predefined classes (types documents) to customer needs. During the implementation, at the customer's request, it is possible to implement an additional five classes of documents. The training, lasting one day at the customer's location, includes training for all end-users and system administrators.

For the first year of operation of the system, all new versions of software that are released on the market are provided for free.

Aware of the fact of dynamic growth and development of small businesses, we have provided the opportunity to upgrade the UniDocs SOS system to the standard version of UniDocs 7.
