Requirements for Partners
Partners should have their own sales and implementation personnel that will allow them the freedom to create solution for customers based on the packages delivered by the manufacturer.

Initial training and certification are free of charge.
Reseller will not either directly nor through any agent sell product outside of the territory (unless approved by OSA).
OSA VAR shall stock media-sets obtained from our company in sufficient quantity to adequately sell, distribute and service to its customers and to increase the sales of Unidocs software.
These conditions are only used to help you notice benefits of becoming OSA VAR. For every other information we will introduce you with the complete VAR AGREEMENT.
